NCDIT supports distributed hosting environments with modern storage solutions. Customers have the option of high-end disk storage or affordable hybrid cloud storage, ensuring that their data is easily accessible, secure and cost-effective.

Backup/Recovery Solutions

Backup and data recovery is available to meet customer requirements and includes built-in security features like immutability, encryption and anomaly detection. Services are offered for on-premises or off-premises environments and integrate with various systems, such as VMware, SQL and Oracle as well as major cloud providers, such as AWS and Azure.

Support utilizing native tools is also available for workloads deployed in the cloud. This service ensures secure data protection and efficient backup and recovery operations without the need for traditional infrastructure. Features include policy-based scheduling, encryption and fast restoration to meet compliance and business continuity needs.

Backup and data recovery is available based on customer requirements. The standard media rotation and retention schedule is as follows:

Daily backups are retained for one month.
- On-premises backups are performed three times daily.
- On-premises backups are moved off-site.
- Backups can be retained longer than the standard retention schedule, if requested.

In the event of data loss, corruption or disaster, respond to and manage any incidents that affect data availability or integrity, including identifying the cause and performing necessary corrective actions.
