Audio Conferencing
The N.C. Department of Information Technology’s audio conferencing is a pass-through service available via contracts with AT&T. The governing contracts for these services are negotiated to provide rates and terms favorable to the state.
As a subscriber, you interact directly with AT&T Communications for the provisioning and support of the audio-conferencing service and to ensure the accuracy of user account data.
Two services are available:
- Toll-Free User Managed Audio Conferencing includes toll-free, full-featured, user-managed secure conferencing that is available on-demand.
- Local Meet Me Conferencing includes non-secure, basic, low-cost conferencing that requires a reservation.
